3" Stainless Steel Exhaust Clamp With V Band for Automotive
There’re two common types of auto exhaust V band clamp in Yunpeng, one type is 1 V band clamp + 2 Flanges (Flanges can be M/F style or FF style) ; another type includes 1 V band Clamp (M/F flanges means Male and Female Flanges with grooves , FF flanges means Flat flanges.)
They can be widely used on exhaust system , turbo downpipe , catbacks , diesel engines, intake, intercooler piping and some processing system.
Latch choices:
Above picture shows the standard T bolt v band clamp, another quick release latch version is popular too, like below mechanism.
Material Choices:
Usually the V band are stainless steel material, bolt can be galvanised or stainless steel, flange can be mild steel or stainless too.
Some customers try to use the galvanized material for all clamp to reduce the cost, that's acceptable too. Anyway, let's have your idea or requirement.
Flanges:
These V-band flanges are machined , designed to slide about 1/8" onto the exhaust pipe before welding , which can keep them centered and ensures a smooth flow of exhaust.
