Lap-Joint Exhaust Band Clamp Exhaust Repair Preformed 304 Stainless Steel
Yunpeng designed Lap joint band exhaust clamp to connect your exhuast system with 360° sealing. Compared with regular exhaust clamps, which will distort the tube easily, the band clamp provides a a very simple, effective way to install or disassemble your exhaust components but without damage them. With an I shape reaction block, which has arc curved face, together with a bolt, the clamp can create a complete "Inner circle Seal", helping avoid any leak of exhaust gas or noise.
The installation is very simple, customer only need to put one of the nut bar on one side and insert the bolts, put another nut bar on, then screw the nuts, and connect two pipes of unequal outside diameters.
Application of Yunpeng Exhaust Band Clamp:
The band exhaust clamp can be used in wide application, like pipes, exhaust tips, tailpipe, catalytic converters, muffler repair projects, catback systems, racing exhaust, show cars, exhaust manifold, exhaust resonator, exhaust flex pipe and so on.
