1). The mild steel semi-circular gasket parts, it can hold the pipe tightly without loosening.

2). The I-shape block again enhances the sealing of the joined exhaust components and prevents pipes from distorting. 

3). The semi-circular gasket and I-block cooperate with each other, this makes the whole structure tighter, and no leakage
